Impact Solutions Industries began with a realization that our founder, Zack Baldwin, had when he was the Superintendent of a large construction company. During the course of a large infrastructure remediation project that he led to successful completion in record time with no lost time incidents or accidents, he realized his true gift, in addition to his extensive construction knowledge and industry expertise. Moving and inspiring his crew during safety meetings to rise to their optimal potential and operate out of authenticity, integrity and trust, he was able to create an environment where everyone embodied one vision and excelled as a team. This sparked the beginning of Impact Solutions Industries where excellence and authenticity are the driving force behind who we are and what we do.
